1. Hibari Kyoya (Katekyoushi Hitman Reborn!)
Kyoya Hibari (雲雀恭弥, Hibari Kyōya) is the leader of the Namimori Middle Disciplinary Committee, prefects who are in fact a group of delinquents that are all loyal to Hibari. Hibari himself is a violent delinquent who uses his status to harass other students. As shown several times in the series, he prefers to be alone and cares little for his subordinates. He loves Namimori more than anything, and will often say "I'll bite you to death," or "kamikorosu," to those that disturb Namimori Middle School. Hibari is very proud of his school and is apparently the only person who even likes their school's anthem, even using it as his ringtone. In the Kokuyo Arc, he adopts the Kokuyo Assassin Birds' bird. The bird (subsequently nicknamed "Hibird" due to its connection to Hibari) becomes attached to Hibari. Hibird can also sing the school's anthem, taught by Hibari, who loves it. Reborn piqued Hibari's curiosity in the mafia early on in the series and Hibari considers him a worthy opponent, having a strong urge to fight him.

Sasuke Uchiha (うちはサスケ, Uchiha Sasuke) is a main character in the Naruto series. He was originally introduced as a protagonist; a genin of Konohagakure's Team 7. As the series progressed, he became an antagonist, culminating in his association with Akatsuki, becoming one of the most dynamic characters in the series. Sasuke is currently a missing-nin, an international criminal, and most likely the sole survivor of the Uchiha clan.

Senri Shiki (支葵 千里, Shiki Senri) is one of the youngest Night Class members. It is later revealed that Senri is in fact the illegitimate son of Rido Kuran, meaning he's Kaname Kuran and Yuki Cross's cousin.
5. Beyond Birthday (Death Note)
Beyond Birthday (also known as Rue Ryuzaki, B, BB) was the second child taken in at Wammy's House, in an attempt to create a successor for L, and the serial killer behind the Los Angeles: BB Murder Case. Beyond Birthday has never appeared in the manga, anime, or film series to date, but the Los Angeles: BB Murder Casewas briefly alluded to in both manga and anime.
6. Zeref (Fairy Tail)
Zeref is considered the strongest and most evil Mage in history, who possesses very dangerous and powerful Magic. He currently appears as a self-hating, reclusive youth who cannot control his power.
7. Lelouch Lamperouge (Code Geass)
Lelouch vi Britannia (ルルーシュ・ヴィ・ブリタニア, Rurūshu vi Buritania) is the protagonist and antihero of Lelouch of the Rebellion, 17 years old (18 at R2). After he was exiled he used the alias, Lelouch Lamperouge (ナナリー・ランペルージ, Rurūshu Ranperūji). He is the Eleventh Prince of the Holy Britannian Empireand the son of the 98th Emperor of Britannia, Charles zi Britannia. He is the leader of the Black Knights which makes him the real identity of Zero. He is voiced by Jun Fukuyama, while his child self is voiced by Sayaka Ohara. His English dub voice is provided by Johnny Yong Bosch with Michelle Ruff doing Lelouch's child voice.
He was chosen the most popular male character of 2006, 2007 and 2008 at Animage magazine's annual Anime Grand Prix. His seiyū Jun Fukuyama also won the "Best Actor in a Leading Role" award for his portrayal of the character at the first Seiyū Awards in 2007.
8. Toushiro Hitsugaya (Bleach)
Tōshirō Hitsugaya (日番谷 冬獅郎 Hitsugaya Tōshirō) is a fictional character in the anime and manga series Bleach created by Tite Kubo. In the series, Hitsugaya is the captain of the 10th Division in the Gotei 13, a group of Soul Reapers protecting Soul Society. His lieutenant is Rangiku Matsumoto. Hitsugaya is the lead character of the Bleach-based film The Diamond Dust Rebellion.
9. Ciel Phantomhive (Kuroshitsuji)
Earl Ciel Phantomhive (シエル ファントムハイヴ, Shieru Fantomuhaivu) is the head of the Phantomhive noble family and the son of Vincent and Rachel Phantomhive. He runs the Funtom Company and is also briefly part of the Noah's Ark Circus, where he goes by the stage name Smile (スマイル, Sumairu). He is the main protagonist of theKuroshitsuji series.
10. Allen Walker (D.Gray-man)
Allen Walker (アレン・ウォーカー Aren Wōkā) is the main protagonist of the D.Gray-man manga and anime series created by Katsura Hoshino. He was created from the female protagonist of the D.Gray-man's predecessor Zone; Hoshino lengthened the female character's hair to create Allen's design.
Allen joins the Black Order as an Exorcist, a soldier able to use the weaponized form of Innocence to destroy the Millnnium Earl's akuma. He fights against the Earl and his followers, the super-human Noah Family, to prevent their plan to destroy the world. He is also the prophesized Destroyer of Time believed to be the only one able to defeat the Earl. However, Allen is also Neah, the 14th Noah who was killed for betraying the Earl. Eventually, the Order revokes Allen's Exorcist status and treats him as a Noah, forcing Allen to flee the Order.
